Very bad experience. I asked about dryness in my eyelashes, and the staff member acted like an expert. He gave me two treatments: oral pills and medicated eye wipes, and confidently assured me that it would definitely work. The total cost was around 400 AED. I used the treatment exactly as instructed and got absolutely no results. No improvement at all. This shows a clear lack of expertise and professionalism, and selling expensive products without proper knowledge or diagnosis. It felt like the priority was selling, not helping the customer. I do not recommend relying on their advice. Complete waste of time and money.
