The approval process was involving multiple document submissions and several stages of coordination with the insurance provider. I would like to especially appreciate Ms. Thahniya from Aster Pharmacy for her support throughout the entire process. She was highly professional, patient, and proactive in coordinating with all the relevant parties and ensuring that the required documents were submitted promptly. Her dedication, follow-up, and willingness to assist made a challenging process much easier for us. Thanks to her efforts and commitment to customer care, the medication was ultimately approved. Very poor service. My husband had severe cough and heart congestion and prescription was given to the pharmacy and they told it will take time for insurance approval. So we prefer home delivery. Then no calls from them and we called them for the update they said insurance is asking letter from doctor. And doctor time was over.then next day we called them for the update same answer from them more documents from doctor. Atleast they should informed us what is the update. We are calling every time and they are telling call back later. Atleast should convey the exact update so we can take a right decision. After 2days, same story then we paid the amount for medicine. If insurance is not covering atleast should communicate properly or find a solution else patient is suffering.
I've always had an amazing experience when I come into this branch of Aster Pharmacy. Especially Jithu has always been very proactive and helps make the process very seamless and effortless. This is my go to pharmacy for all needs!
