Aster Pharmacy adjoining the clinic in JVC are horrible in communication. They won't pick your call even if you try 4 times in their landline and mobile number. They can't take a decision, if my spouse can come to pick up the approved medicines. Even though the message was initiated by them earlier in the day through WhatsApp. Very poor communication skills. They just miss calls you, they can't talk. Perhaps, that amount will be deducted from pharmacists salaries. Perhaps a mix of nationalities in the pharmacies will be a better idea for DM HealthCare.
Extremely disappointing experience. I was advised to purchase three months’ worth of supplements, which turned out to cause severe side effects after just two weeks. I stopped taking them immediately after consulting another doctor, who advised safer alternatives. I attempted to return the two unopened, sealed, non-expired bottles (purchased less than 30 days at the time of my first attempts) and have been repeatedly ignored. Multiple calls, promises of manager callbacks and nothing. No follow-up, no accountability, no willingness to assist. For a pharmacy , which should be a place people rely on for health and guidance — this level of indifference is unacceptable. There are plenty of other pharmacies in JVC that value customer care. I will not be returning.

Adil patiently answered all my questions, gave clear advice on wellness items, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. His positive attitude and great customer service made my visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend his assistance to anyone visiting the pharmacy
I recently visited Aster Pharmacy and had a very positive experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs, and the service was quick and well organized. I truly appreciate the helpful guidance provided and will gladly return in the future.
Awful experience yet again. They forgot the prescription and then told me it needed to be approved and wait for doctor to reapprove. After telling them it was already approved with proof of text message, he said ok driver will bring now. Terrible customer service and anytime they deliver it is late at night.
