We received a call from Jubilee aster Clinic regarding the FNAC test. They informed us that the test is conducted only on Thursdays and confirmed the date, mentioning that the exact timing would be shared later. After multiple follow‑ups from our side, we were told that all the slots had already been booked by others. We have been waiting for more than four days to take this test. They could have informed us earlier, but they didn’t. We are highly disappointed with the service from this particular clinic. Overall, we would recommend Aster, as we had some good experiences with them. Thanks to the Karama UMC Clinic staff and Dr. Bhuvaneswari (ENT Specialist) for your support and treatment, except for the above issue.
