Absolutely awful staff. I went to get a certain medication and waited around 15 minutes for the staff’s conversation with another person to get over. Once that was over I requested for my item, as it was not available in stock I asked her if she could arrange it via her system, she said she could and told me she’s calling someone to ask about availability so I waited even longer only to find out she was on the phone with another person albeit a customer as she claimed - their conversation entailed entirely unrelated unnecessary things. After she got off the phone I was under the impression she called someone for availability, turns out she lied to me and didn’t infact do that and kept asking me to go home while she arranges it. I waited for even longer to get the job done, it wasn’t until my father came in the store that she took us more seriously and immediately arranged someone to get my item. Awful experience considering I was in a hurry as well. All in all this could’ve been finished in 10 mins but it took more than 30. No respect for other people’s time. Moreover doesn’t pick calls if you call without going.
