Had a great experience at Aster Pharmacy. The staff were very friendly, approachable, and helpful. They assisted me patiently and made sure I got exactly what I needed without any confusion. The service was quick and professional, which made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. Definitely a reliable place for healthcare needs. Highly recommended!

I went to your clinic for a follow-up check-up with my doctor, but when I arrived, the receptionist his name NOMAN informed me that the doctor had already left. I then asked if there was another doctor available, since it was an urgent matter. Instead of simply saying that other doctors don’t read the reports, the receptionist should have asked me if I was willing to consult with another doctor. I would have agreed, even if I had to pay again for the consultation, because what I needed most was the medicine—it was an emergency. I was already at the clinic, so asking me to return the next day was not the right approach. If no doctor was available, they should have at least provided options or alternatives, especially when the patient is clearly asking if another doctor is available, which already shows urgency. Aside from that, I am really not satisfied with your service because I felt that there was no genuine care for the patient. Even the doctor who was assigned to me did not show much concern. I understand that I may not be his regular patient, but she could have at least shown a little consideration. I did not go to the clinic just to have someone read my results—I already knew them since my sister works in a hospital. When I went for the consultation, the doctor CHANNAKESHAVA CHOWDAIAH simply told me that everything was fine except for an infection, and that I should just continue the medicine previously given to me. I explained that no antibiotics were prescribed to me, which is why I came back, but her response was that antibiotics were not necessary. I told him that my throat was extremely painful, yet her only advice was to gargle with warm water, saying that I did not need antibiotics and that my sickness was only due to the weather. I felt that this was dismissive and lacking in proper medical care.
