Very disappointing and unprofessional service. We purchased milk powder from this shop and later found there was an issue with the product. When we contacted the staff, they failed to provide proper information or guidance. We had to wait nearly 7 days for a response, and even after that they refused to replace or refund the product. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and poor customer service. Some staff members are not properly informed and their communication with customers is unacceptable. This kind of attitude towards customers is very frustrating and needs serious improvement. Because of this experience, I will not buy anything from Aster Pharmacy anymore.
