⭐☆☆☆☆ This is by far the worst, most disrespectful, and most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The waiting time is extremely long and completely unreasonable. Staff show no concern at all whether the people waiting are sick, in pain, or in urgent need of medication. In fact, it feels like they don’t care if patients are suffering. There is no proper queue system. Instead, they prioritize their acquaintances and certain nationalities, serving them immediately while others wait endlessly. This behavior is shameful and unacceptable in a healthcare environment. What makes it even worse is that after waiting for a very long time, you are often told that some medications are not available, forcing you to come back and wait all over again. The least they could do is inform patients upfront if medicines are unavailable, so we can go to another pharmacy and get everything at once instead of wasting hours repeatedly. Extremely poor service, bad management, and zero respect for patients. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all.

The service provided has been unsatisfactory. Despite the presence of numerous staff members, the service has been exceptionally slow, even after insurance information has been processed. I have been waiting for an hour. I recommend that your staff receive additional training to enhance efficiency, as prolonged wait times can negatively impact patient well-being. This has been the worst service experience I have encountered, and I will not be returning. I advise others to consider alternative options if they wish to avoid similar delays.
Very bad service, since 2 days requesting for a home delivery . They are not bothered to atleast call and inform the status. 4 times I contacted the call center , every time they told you will receive the call in 10 min. Till now no one called. If you cannot do home delivery at least inform and share the prescription copy. There are many other pharmacy they even do home delivery at night.
