Poorly managed pharmacy in Mohasnah 4. Getting an appointment with the doctor is not very difficult, but obtaining the prescribed medicines requires extreme patience. The waiting time is excessive, and when delivery is requested, the response is always the same: “Deliveries have been pending since morning.” While it is understandable that insurance approvals involve processes and procedures, other clinics and pharmacies handle this far more professionally by providing clear proof and updates on insurance submissions. Unfortunately, this pharmacy offers no transparency and leaves patients waiting indefinitely without proper communication. Overall, the service is highly inefficient and frustrating. Not recommended for patients.
Very bad customer service at Aster Pharmacy, Muhaisnah 4 (Zara Building branch). After seeing the doctor, I waited more than 45 minutes just to receive my medicine. I asked the pharmacist, Mr. Arnav, about the delay and he responded very rudely, saying “I am doing one by one, it will take time. Go and sit there.” It only took 15 minutes to complete my consultation with the doctor, but the pharmacy kept me waiting endlessly with no proper explanation or courtesy. This kind of attitude and poor service is completely unacceptable in a healthcare facility. Definitely not coming back to this clinic/pharmacy again. Very disappointing experience.
