I visited this pharmacy today at around 9:00PM and wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received. The representative (Mary) who assisted me went above and beyond to help me find the right medicine. She was knowledgeable and provided clear explanations on how to use the medication effectively. Her professionalism and willingness to assist made my experience very positive. I appreciate her dedication to customer care and the time she took to ensure I had all the information I needed along with the right medicine.

I’ve been collecting a prescribed controlled medication (Oratane) from Aster Khawaneej every month for the past 4 months using a prescription and a valid Emirates ID, without any issues. This month, the pharmacist informed me that they couldn’t release it and advised me to go to Aster Al Mizhar Mall, saying they would be able to help. I drove 15 minutes to the other branch, only to be told the same thing. Frustrated, I asked to speak with a manager and was connected to Amera over the phone. Unfortunately, she was extremely disrespectful, dismissive, and even shouted at me, saying, “This is a controlled medicine—I cannot release it!” despite me having all the required documentation. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and completely unnecessary. I do not recommend this pharmacy, as they clearly lack internal alignment on handling prescriptions. I also urge management to review the conduct of Amera, who demonstrated unprofessional behavior that is entirely inappropriate for someone in a managerial position.
