On multiple occasions, the staff have been insisting that customers purchase additional medicines that are not included in the doctor’s prescription. They justify this by saying that certain medicines must be taken together or that the doctor usually recommends them as a combination. However, these additional items are not written on the prescription. This approach makes customers feel pressured and uncomfortable. Instead of simply dispensing the prescribed medication, the staff continue to push for extra sales, which creates unnecessary stress and raises concerns about transparency and professional ethics.

Extremely disappointing service. I’ve been repeatedly chasing for my medication with no response—they do not check their system for reports simply will say insurance not approved. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially for a pharmacy where timely support is critical. Immediate improvement in responsiveness is needed. They deserve to shut down. Manager n Amal the staff will not understand anything rather keep arguing.

During my recent visit to the pharmacy, i would like to advise, the female staff assisting had no basic etiquette that when you are assisting a customer you should not chew on chewing gums. For every moment she's talking to me she was continuesly chewing on the chewing gum. Even when I was talking to her, her actions were the same. I would just suggest when dealing with the customer please keep in mind these things should not be done as it makes the customer feel disrespected and discomfort.
