I’m extremely disappointed with Aster’s service. I ordered my medication on time and even contacted customer service to follow up, yet it was still delivered the next day. No assistance or urgency was shown despite my call. Because of this delay, I had to suffer without my medication. This is unacceptable for a healthcare provider, especially when patients rely on timely delivery for their wellbeing.
My latest visit Gayatri was very helpful and keep explaining about the insurance delays. Team was very supportive compared to six months experience. Previous time when I have visited Nadya also helped and provided the personal service.
