Staff are very good, young charming passionate employees, they have very good attitude towards customers. But i feel the most worst things is lack of facilities. Air conditioning is not working daamn hot inside.
Every time i come to the pharmacy after my appointment at medcare, every time get an annoying experience. Stood at the counter for 10 min to pay for an item, asked if anyone would help, simply was ignored, for real ignored, i even asked “ excuse me why are you ignoring me, the ppl at the counter literally continued ignoring” wow. Never going back out there.
Every time after my appointment at medcare I’m suffering from the worst headache to claim my medication. Immature level pharmacist.
