We disappointed with call center management,he just took appointment as my convenient time,but doctor was in half-day off,we drove back home without seeing the doctor.Finally rebooked appointment in the evening,we were happy with Dr.Modar AlHasan,overall service were good.

Have been to other ortho clinics in dubai but this clinic is exceptionally great. Doctor Ambica treated my mother very well. Even the staff is super friendly. Mr.Wasim at the reception is really good. Had to appreciat for making us understand the process. Yes there is a little waiting at times but still they give you clear understanding of the process. God bless this team.

Consulted Dr Rishit , he was very good, knowledgeable and supportive. Very much happy with every one in the clinic right from the reception staff, nurses and the physiotherapist and the admin staff in physiotherapy. Everyone is supportive and patient friendly. Special mention to Ms Sheema ( physiotherapist) for her care, she takes extra effort to solve her patients problems, very much professional and dedicational. Would like to give 7 stars to her. Thank you very much Aster Ortho team Alwarqa. Would highly recommend this clinic with my experience. [Another suggestion for the management is, patients need a better way to communicate to the clinic directly ( atleast through whatsapp)..There is no direct number to contact the clinics. Calling call centre / contacting call centre through whatsapp and waiting for the call back from clinic won’t help in many occasions.It is really testing the patience of the patients. This applies to all medical centres of Aster.]
