I had a very good experience at Aster Hospital Al Qusais. I would like to give special thanks to Dr. Rabeela for her excellent care, support, and professionalism. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. The labour room nurses were very kind, caring, and supportive. Our experience at Aster Hospital, especially in the labor ward, was truly exceptional and unforgettable. From start to finish, the care, professionalism, and emotional support provided by the entire team were outstanding. Three months after my son’s circumcision surgery, I decided to undergo gallbladder removal surgery at Aster Hospital Al Qusais with the same doctor, Dr. Abdul Rehman. Dr. Abdul Rehman is highly knowledgeable, and his explanations were very clear. He explained every step of the procedure in detail, which helped me feel comfortable and confident. He was caring and reassuring, and he never made me feel scared about the surgery. Since he had also successfully performed my son’s circumcision surgery, I felt completely safe under his care. On the day of the surgery, everything went smoothly. The hospital was very clean, the room was spacious, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. I would like to express my special appreciation to Dr. Abdul Rehman for performing a successful surgery for me. I am also grateful to all the staff in OT room on the 2nd floor for their hard work and dedication. Sunitha for assisting with the registration process, and to Remyamol and Raji for their excellent care during my hospital stay. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend Aster Hospital Al Qusais to anyone seeking quality medical care.

Aster Hospital in Al Qusais is a large, modern healthcare facility that delivers many good services, though it has some drawbacks. One of its strong points is its adoption of advanced medical technology. In 2025 it was recognised by Newsweek as one of the “World’s Best Smart Hospitals” for its use of digital infrastructure, medical IoT, and tools such as robots, which help with navigation and pharmacy queues.  A growing urgent care clinic was also recently added to help patients with non-life-threatening cases, to reduce pressure on the ER and speed care.  Patients often praise the hospital’s staff—nurses, physicians, and administrative workers—for being kind, attentive, and professional. Cleanliness is frequently mentioned, room service and the environment often get good marks, especially for private patient stays.  However, there are consistent complaints. Many visitors say wait times are long, even when appointments are booked. Administrative or insurance delays sometimes frustrate patients.  Some complain about inconsistency in staff behaviour, especially in non-clinical departments, or delays in basic room services, or lack of clear communication.  ⸻ Verdict: Aster Hospital Al Qusais is a solid choice if you want modern tech, good clinical care, and professional medical staff. But plan for possible delays, especially in administrative or insurance processes, and don’t expect everything to go perfectly smoothly. If time sensitivity or seamless service is critical for you, it may help to compare with a few other hospitals nearby.

I had a wonderful experience at Aster Hospital Al Qusais. The nursing service is truly extraordinary. The nurses are extremely caring, attentive, and professional. They treat patients with so much kindness and patience, always responding quickly and making sure we feel comfortable and safe.
