Dear Team, I visited your physiotherapy department on Saturday, 23rd March 2026 at around 1:30 PM for my therapy session with Dr. Priya. I’m regularly going to aster physiotherapy sessions for almost 4 years. Firstly, I would like to sincerely appreciate Dr. Priya. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and understands the patient’s condition very well. The therapy provided by her was very effective, and I was very satisfied with her treatment and guidance. However, I would also like to share some feedback regarding the ambience in the physiotherapy area during my session. There was a male physiotherapist in the same room who was speaking very loudly on the phone with the speaker mode on while confirming patient appointments. He was also having loud personal conversations about movies with other doctors during the session. As there were lady patients, including myself, doing exercises in the same room, the environment felt uncomfortable and lacked privacy. Personally, I did not feel comfortable performing my exercises in such an atmosphere. I hope this feedback will be taken positively to help maintain a calm, professional, and patient-friendly environment within the physiotherapy department. I had an appointment at 12:45 PM with Dr. Rohini Mathias at Aster Hospital. I arrived exactly on time, but I was made to wait for almost 1 hour without any proper communication or update. It was very disappointing to see that many patients who came after me were attended before my turn. Due to this long delay and lack of organization, I had to leave without completing my consultation. The service and appointment management here are very poor and need serious improvement. Patients’ time should be respected.
