Choosing Dr. Lakshmi Satish for my wife's motherhood journey was the best decision we made. When we hit our lowest point, Dr. Lakshmi's empathy and medical guidance pulled us through. The environment here is incredibly supportive; the nursing team felt like family during our routine check-ups, and the receptionists were always warm and accommodating. We also deeply appreciate the Pharmacy team for their proactive help with insurance approvals, saving us a lot of stress. We highly recommend Dr. Lakshmi and her wonderful team!

I had a disappointing experience at Aster Clinic. The receptionist was quite impolite and lacked basic courtesy when dealing with patients. Communication was abrupt, and there was no sense of empathy or professionalism, which is especially important in a healthcare environment. Patients visiting a clinic are often already stressed or unwell, and the first point of contact should be welcoming and respectful. I strongly recommend that the management address this issue and provide proper customer service training to ensure a better patient experience.

Today i would like to share my experience at the Marhaba mall pharmacy. The pharmacy informed us about an issue in obtaining the approval at 1:45pm and advised they would follow up and have the medicine delivered home. With no response we followed up with the pharmacist who continued to mention the error without taking any action. After follow ups with the contact center and coordinating with our insurance we were informed the pharmacy had to input the incorrect code. What surprises me is that our daughter was sent home from school with fever and we took the first available appointment and was prescribed antibiotics. Its been 4 hours multiple follow ups and several calls but the medication has not yet reached us. We had no help or advise of what we could do in hours of waiting. Do the clinics and pharmacies understand that they deal with patients and more importantly an antibiotic is prescribed so it is not a situation to wait but to try to ensure a solution is sought at the earliest. This is not the first time we have faced this situation with Aster and hence sharing this feedback here, as we not not given any support for escalation as the manager is off and no one can help. I hope Aster picks this situation to ensure the staff act efficiently to issues, escalate matters themselves and keep the patient informed of delays. After all it is a medical facility.
