Poor service from the pharmacy staff. We repeatedly asked about the approval status and were continuously told by a lady pharmacist to wait. After several minutes, the patient personally went to check on the medicine and was informed that a call had been made. This is unacceptable, as we were never informed of any call, despite our phone number being properly registered in the system. The staff showed no initiative to contact us or provide accurate updates. This lack of communication and responsibility reflects very poor service. Such negligence, lack of professionalism, and disregard for patients’ time is highly concerning and reflects a serious failure in service standards.

Nurse Ashikala Nilukshi was absolutely wonderful. She is very kind, soft-spoken, and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. She kept checking up on me and was very attentive to how I was feeling. I have very small veins, but she handled the injection with so much skill and care that I barely felt anything at all. Her calm and gentle approach really made a difference and eased my anxiety. Truly grateful for her professionalism, patience, and compassion. She is an excellent nurse and a credit to her team.
