I had an amazing experience at Aster Discovery, Dubai during my pregnancy. The branch is extremely well-managed—clean, organized, and staff are always punctual, kind, and helpful. I was under the care of Dr. Suma Thomas (Gynecologist), her assistant Ms. Preeti, and Dr. Chakra (Endocrinologist). Dr. Suma is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, monitoring my health and my baby’s development with great precision. She guided me through mild anemia carefully, prescribing only what was necessary, and handled every challenge with expertise. Ms. Preeti is wonderfully supportive, explaining everything clearly and gently, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I visited Dr. Chakra, an endocrinologist during my pregnancy for sugar testing. He is incredibly knowledgeable and understands the hormonal changes that occur during pregnancy. He takes the time to explain the importance of monitoring these changes and the potential effects now and in the future, only recommends necessary tests and medications, avoiding anything unnecessary. Dr. Chakra is supportive, patient, and genuinely cares about his patients. Thanks to him, I was able to manage my sugar levels effectively. Your guidance is truly appreciated. Thank you, Dr. Chakra! Thanks to Dr. Suma and the entire Aster team, my pregnancy journey was safe, smooth, and reassuring. My child and I are healthy and happy, and I feel truly blessed to have been in their care. I visited Aster Medical Centre Gardens with my friend. The staff were courteous and the visit was generally smooth. However, after the appointment, a staff member requested that we leave a Google review and asked for our phone number and an OTP during the process, which was unexpected 😱Although we had insurance coverage, we were also charged AED 10 for registration or somethin😱g. It would be helpful if such charges and procedures were explained more clearly to patients.

I strongly believe that good customer service—delivered with a smile, care, patience, and efficiency—deserves to be recognised, and my recent experience truly reflected that. A big thank you to Ms Nafeesa Keeprath for handling my billing concerns so efficiently and patiently. Despite a busy reception, she remained calm, composed, and approachable, guiding me clearly on lab test timings and locations. Her willingness to help and her positive attitude made a stressful situation much easier to manage—especially when dealing with pain. I would also like to express my gratitude to Dr Sathyanarayanan Manohar (Urology). His welcoming smile and the way he approached the consultation immediately put me at ease and helped relieve my anxiety. His professionalism and caring manner are deeply appreciated. I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. Over the course of three visits, I was unable to complete my consultation despite following the instructions provided. On one visit, I was asked to come as a walk-in patient and waited approximately 45 minutes before being informed that no appointments were available. On another visit, I was told there were issues processing my insurance. During my most recent visit, I had a prior appointment but still experienced a long wait. I also noticed that some patients were seen before me, which left me confused about the appointment process. Based on my experience, the scheduling, communication, and waiting time management could be improved. Unfortunately, the repeated visits and delays made the process frustrating and inconvenient.

During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Nafeesa at the reception. She was exceptionally polite, kind, and helpful throughout my visit. She guided me very well, answered all my questions patiently, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help truly stood out.
