Aster Clinic, Business Bay

I had a very good experience with the costumer care service in Aster Clinic Business bay by Mohammed Qasim. Exellent communication, very professional and king through the process. I visited Dr. Basir Sajjad Bhat to whom my family and I are inceeadibly grateful to have such an exceptional family practitioner who always help us feel comfortable and supported. Highly professional and knowledgable but also genially caring and compassionate medical person.

Called ahead with fever, body aches, and severe dental pain. Was explicitly told I could come in as an emergency patient and would be seen within 20 minutes. Arrived on time and waited over an hour with no updates from reception (Sonia). When I asked for a timeline, she gave vague responses (“the doctor is doing a root canal”) without telling me when I might be seen. No apology, no water, no acknowledgment that I’d been promised emergency care. Eventually left in pain. This is the second time this has happened. Their emergency promise means nothing. If you’re sick and in pain, do not waste your time here. The lack of communication and disregard for patients is unacceptable.

I had a wonderful experience at Aster Clinic, Business Bay. The reception staff was incredibly welcoming, polite, and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Dr. Joseph deserves special mention for his professionalism, patience, and thorough approach to care. He took the time to listen and provide detailed explanations, which made me feel truly valued as a patient. It was a pleasant and reassuring experience. Highly recommend this clinic for its excellent service and compassionate care!

Very disappointing experience at this clinic on 26th May. We visited before 9 PM with my son, who was suffering from severe breathing difficulties and needed urgent pediatric consultation. Despite explaining that we had travelled from Abu Dhabi and were returning the next day, the doctor refused to see him without an appointment. We were informed that no walk-ins would be accepted, and the doctor left the clinic instead of attending to waiting patients. We were only seeking basic medical support or advice, such as nebulisation with oxygen, to help my son breathe comfortably, but unfortunately there was no empathy, urgency, or assistance from either the doctor. For a medical facility, especially when dealing with children in distress, this level of care and professionalism is extremely disappointing. Very bad experience overall.

I had a great experience at Aster Clinic, thanks to the receptionist Athira. She was very polite, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She handled my registration quickly and made sure everything was in order for my appointment. I really appreciate how attentive and helpful she was throughout the visit. Her positive attitude and friendly approach make a big difference, thank you, Athira, for your excellent service!
