I've been going to the DAFZA Clinic for more than seven years, and I've never once been treated without care and attention.Front Staff Mobin are highly professional, friendly, and respectful. Everyone makes sure that every patient The reception is very well run, and the receptionists are always friendly, pleasant, and quick, which makes every visit smooth and stress-free. Very good clinic and fast response. I liked the way Ms. Lisa responded and acted smartly very well for my wife’s appointment(who is newly delivered mother)with dermatology doctor. Though the patients are full, she helped us to avoid the waiting time by scheduling our appointment smartly after the appointment patients and gave us the approximate time of our schedule.
Very good service. The receptionist, Anshiba Mohammed, was welcoming and helpful. Dr. Sagnik and Dr. Anshiba made us feel comfortable enough to openly discuss our concerns with them. Overall, a great experience.
