Aster Clinic- Al Nahda Sharjah

To whom it may concern: I would like to raise my disappointment regarding the service I received from the Aster staff and Dr. Trishla Badolia. I called in advance to book an appointment and specifically checked the doctor’s availability. The customer service representative confirmed that Dr. Trishla Badolia would start her duty at 1:45 PM and that I would be her first patient for the day. To ensure that I arrived on time, I reached the clinic at around 1:20 PM, well before my scheduled appointment. However, when my token number was finally called, the receptionist informed me that the doctor had left the clinic just minutes earlier. I was extremely surprised and disappointed. I asked the receptionist whether the doctor was aware that she had a scheduled patient waiting. I also explained that customer service had clearly informed me that I would be her first patient and that her duty was supposed to begin at that time. What I find most upsetting is that there was no prior notice, no phone call, and no communication informing me that the doctor would be unavailable or taking a break. As a patient who arrived on time and followed the appointment schedule, I believe it is only fair to be informed of such changes. I understand that doctors may need breaks, but leaving while knowing that a patient is scheduled and waiting without any communication shows a lack of consideration and professionalism. My time is valuable too, and I made the effort to arrive early for the appointment. I hope Aster Management will look into this matter and ensure that better communication and patient care are practiced in the future so that other patients do not experience the same inconvenience and disappointment.

We visited the Aster Clinic at Al Nahda, Golden Sands with our son to visit Dr. Fajrunissa. She was extremely helpful and a very good listener. She made sure that our son had the best possible medication for his health needs. As parents, it is comforting to know that we have a doctor we can trust. We highly recommend Dr. Fajrunissa to any family looking for a compassionate, and dedicated pediatrician. Thank you for your outstanding care and support.

I came to the reception at 21:20 with several pain and the reception refuse to book for me even the clinic timing until 11 pm however they said we can't accept booking which was very inconvenient for me i try my best to request them politely to accommodate me as I have to see the doctor as I'm in pain the still refusing to accept me after that I call Aster Call Centre as I'm regular customer they was very professional and accepted my appointment booking at the same place this really unexpected and unacceptable however to be fair Jeffrey at the reception was very professional but the other man who interact with was so rude and refuse to accommodate me

would like to sincerely thank Dr. Mehnaz for her exceptional care and support throughout my 8 months of pregnancy. As it was a high-risk pregnancy, her attention, dedication, and constant monitoring meant a lot to me. She cared for me like a sister—always checking on me, reviewing my reports on time, and guiding me at every step with patience and compassion. Her reassurance and expertise made me feel safe and confident during a very critical period. I am truly grateful for her kindness and professionalism, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and responsible doctor
