Been visiting aster clinic for 4 years now ever since I moved to Dubai and have been consulting Dr Sufyan ever since and have recommended him to all friends and family. He takes his time to explain everything so well and only prescribes what's necessary. Consultations with him are always easy and comfortable. Highly recommend Dr Sufyan. Also the staff, Ajina and Feba are very helpful and kind.

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at Aster Clinic Al Barsha with GP Dr. Sufyan. When my test reports became ready,next day I visited the clinic and requested an appointment. The clinic staff informed me that there was no need for an appointment because “there are usually no patients and it only takes 10 minutes.” However, when I returned the next day, the reception staff issued me a token and asked me to wait outside the doctor’s room. I waited for around 30 minutes before discovering that the doctor was not even inside the clinic at that time. If the doctor was unavailable, patients should be informed clearly instead of being made to wait unnecessarily. While waiting in pain and discomfort, I briefly stepped out for only a couple of minutes to buy water from the nearby shop after informing the nurse sitting outside the Doctor Room that I would return immediately. When I came back, I was told another patient had already been sent inside instead of me, even though it had been my turn. That patient remained inside for more than one hour while I continued waiting. The clinic itself was not crowded, and there were very few patients present, which made the situation even more frustrating. When I finally explained my frustration and the difficulty I had faced, I expected at least some professionalism, understanding, or reassurance from Dr. Sufyan. Unfortunately, instead of listening calmly, he became angry, dismissive, and walked out of the consultation Instead of simply completing my prescription professionally, he left the consultation room and did misuse of his authority, sent several reception/nursing staff members into the room together to question me, which felt unnecessary and intimidating for a patient already under stress. When he later returned, he repeatedly kept saying, “You tell me which medicine I should write, tell me which medicine you want ?” which is highly unprofessional because patients come to doctors for medical advice, not to decide their own prescription. He also repeatedly suggested that I should write reviews against the clinic and staff if I wanted these issues to be solved, which was inappropriate and disappointing to hear from a doctor. I felt highly unprofessional and inappropriate for a medical consultation. As a patient, I came to receive medical advice and proper treatment from the doctor, not to decide my own prescription and start posting reviews. The overall behavior and handling of the situation caused unnecessary stress to a patient who was already unwell and in physical pain. Patients deserve respectful communication, proper handling, emotional understanding, and professional medical conduct. Aster Clinic should seriously review the professionalism and patient-handling standards expected especifically this doctor to ensure that patients are treated with respect and care. Token and receipt timings have also been uploaded, reflecting the long waiting period during the visit Management can verify there cameras & records that how many patients were attended between my token time and prescription time. If the clinic had been crowded, such waiting would have been understandable, but that was not the situation during my visit.

I trying to book my appointment through aster application but it showing my profile under review. It showing review more than 2 yr I called to customer care they told they will fix it not fixed yet....now I contacted for same issue in WhatsApp customer care option, now new issue started I'm send mesg in the morning they respond at 4.50pm and close the chat it happened for past three days ..their Whatsapp working time is 9 to 5pm... apartment from online, their offline service in clinic and doctors all included is 5 star

I would like to thank Dr.Seema mam, for making my pregnancy journey smooth and reassuring from day one. She always guided me on the right path with so much care and patience. Her warm smile and kindness during every visit made me feel comfortable and confident throughout. Truly grateful for all her support and care. Special mention to the whole team who was always kind which made each visit comfortable.

During our holiday in Dubai, our daughter suddenly became unwell, and we were fortunate enough to be seen by Dr Smit Mehul Vadodariya at Aster Clinic, Al Barsha. From the very first interaction, his compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern for our daughter were clear. He treated her with utmost care and concern and reassured us at every step. What truly stood out was the way he continued to check in on us afterwards - sending daily messages to ask how she was doing and offering guidance whenever we needed it. This level of personal follow-up is something we have never experienced before, and it made a world of difference while we were far from home. We are now back in the UK with immense gratitude for the kindness he showed us. It is not often you come across a doctor who combines medical expertise with such humanity. Highly recommended - an outstanding doctor who truly goes above and beyond for his patients. A true gem for the clinic!
