Aster Cedars Clinic
DubaiMed AI Analysis

It's beautiful and like hospital, the clinic staff is also Sooper friendly and cooperative.always a good vibe and I feel like I'm on hotel 5 star feeling. Thank you everyone for cooperation and support.
Visited hospital for difficulty in breathing as I got exposed to heavy smokes of shisha. Long wait for registration. Took my XRay. Took ECG. Later gave nebulization. Long wait for processing each reports. By the end doctor went home. Asked me to come next day after purchasing many medicines. Visited another hospital. Showed that doctor every medicines and reports from Aster. Doctor informed not to consume all those medicines. Delivered proper consultation to me. While one hospital felt like a business/hospitality other hospital did their part of work.
Im putting 5 star for Dr. Rakesh of Derma. He understood my medical problem and prescribed a veeery effective medicine. He is also very responsive in whatsapp even if you don't book he will welcome you. The clinic itself was not that great. Service is very slow and not welcoming. Customer service cant help with anything i don't even know why you still have those guys. Even when theres not too much patients in the clinic side its sooo slow.
*Simply worstest. *One of the worst management. *One of the worst services I have ever experienced was at JAFZA Aster Clinic. I arrived around 12:30 PM with an injury on my left thumb that was still bleeding, but I was asked to wait. I only saw a doctor around 2:40 PM, and after explaining my situation, I was asked to wait again while they checked my insurance. The case was submitted as non-emergency, so the insurance was not approved, even though I had a bleeding injury and valid insurance details. The doctor left around 4:00 PM while I was still waiting without treatment and in pain. After losing my patience, I called my legal advisor, who arrived around 5:00 PM and spoke with the staff. Only then did they take action and move me to the emergency ward. I finally received treatment around 6:40 PM. Although the emergency ward staff treated me well, the overall delay and handling of my case were extremely disappointing. No patient with a bleeding injury should have to wait for hours to receive treatment.
Staff is too sloww its takes for ever to get from one counter to the other, there is no que people are just crowding the empty counters waiting to get attended. Easy 4-5 hours for normal doctor visit for outpatient.
