No website content or listed credentials was provided, so overall trust and transparency are unclear.

One of the worst clinics ever. Whatever you read about them here is true. They offer false promises and maintain a friendly facade until you pay, after which their attitude completely changes. Not to mention the bad quality they use and let you pay premium. They keep on calling you to rate them 5 stars. But when you call them for an appointment or follow up, they never answer. And they always give nonsense excuses. Complain department and the branch manager are useless if you wanna complain. They always make you feel they’re doing you a favor, no dear am paying my money and am expecting a service in return. Keep that in mind. I would not recommend this clinic under any circumstances

I had a great experience at Arya dental clinic. Dr. Majd was extremely helpful and professional in treating my broken tooth. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. My wife also had her teeth cleaned and whitened, and she’s very happy with the results. The staff were friendly, the clinic was clean, and the overall service was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality dental care.

I’m writing this review after giving Arya months to respond privately — unfortunately, I was left with no choice. My mother went to Arya for eyebrow tattoo removal by laser, with a very clear and limited objective: to remove excess pigment outside the natural eyebrow line. The initial sessions were done properly, and we were comfortable with the process. However, midway through treatment, the doctor and therapist were changed, and from that point onward, the quality of care deteriorated drastically. The new therapist completely mishandled the procedure, resulting in severely damaged and uneven eyebrows. Took away the areas that wasn’t supposed to be touched. The outcome was not just poor — it was distressing. I wish I could share the images here! I’m furious on behalf of my mom. What made this worse: • The clinic acknowledged the issue and said a complaint case was raised • We were told someone would get back to us — no one did • I followed up after 2 months — no response • Followed up again after another 2 months — still no response That level of disregard is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the so-called “solution” suggested afterward was to remove the eyebrows entirely — which was never the agreed treatment plan and is completely unreasonable given that the original intent was only minor correction. This experience has been emotionally upsetting for my mother and deeply frustrating for our family. Poor execution, poor communication, and zero accountability. I strongly urge anyone considering eyebrow tattoo removal here to think twice, especially if your treatment may be passed between practitioners without consistency or care. I genuinely wish this had been resolved privately — but silence leaves customers with no option but honesty.

Our experience with Arya Clinic and Medstar Hospital was extremely disappointing. My sister had surgery last night and was originally supposed to recover at another hospital but the surgery was instead carried out at Medstar Hospital without clear communication regarding the full process and arrangements. Arya Clinic was not clear about all the providers involved or the actual surgery protocol, which created confusion and concern for our family. Unfortunately, the hygiene standards were very poor, there was a noticeable lack of medical tools and equipment, and there appeared to be no proper recovery or post-operation care staff available to assist patients. We specifically contacted Mr. Tamer beforehand, and he assured us that the medical staff would be available and everything would be properly arranged. However, no one came, and there was a serious lack of support and follow-up after the operation. This entire experience caused unnecessary stress during a very sensitive time. We hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves communication, transparency, hygiene standards, medical preparedness, and patient recovery care in the future.

My experience at Arya Clinic was very disappointing. Before I even saw the doctor, I was required to pay, which made me feel uncomfortable. I also felt that there was too much focus on selling treatments and services. At times, it felt like patients were being treated more like customers than people seeking medical care. Unfortunately, I did not see any noticeable improvement from the treatment I received, which made the experience even more frustrating. The only positive part of my experience was Dr. Yousef, the physiotherapist. He was professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about his patients. He took the time to listen and made me feel valued and supported.
