I consistently received follow-up calls after appointments and procedures, which made me feel supported and well taken care of throughout the process. The nurses were also excellent—very knowledgeable, confident, and gentle. It was clear that they truly knew what they were doing, which helped ease a lot of the stress that can come with fertility treatment. I also appreciated the guidance from our counsellor, Kamilia, the now manager, who was incredibly informative and patient. She took the time to explain the process, options, and payment scheme clearly and helped us feel more confident in making decisions along the way.
