One of the best pharmacies in the Dubai. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and always ready to answer questions. The pharmacy is clean, well organized, and everything is easy to find. Overall, a great place with excellent customer service.
We had a fantastic experience with Clara at your pharmacy. She truly went above and beyond to help us find some supplements we urgently needed. When they weren’t available in-store, she didn’t hesitate to run, literally 10 minutes away to another branch to get them for us. She came back with exactly what we needed, all with a friendly attitude and a smile. Exceptional service like this is rare these days.
