Do NOT go here. This is a scam operation! Look at the website … the facility looks NOTHING like as advertised. The therapists are not the individuals portrayed on the site. Be well aware that English is NOT the first language of the guy at the front desk, nor the therapists … so, I promise that you will have communication problems. In fact, the therapist that I had was from Thailand and was only in Dubai less than two months; we had to use the translate app on our iPhones to communicate. But, back to the issues. You ask for the range of services and prices. On WhatsApp, the guy at the front desk will send a picture of a grid … time duration on one axis, types of services (with no descriptions) on the other. You agree on a specific combination, and upon entry, he tries to jack up the prices AND ASKS FOR A “TIP” before anything occurs. He will pull out a phone with a grid of pictures from which to choose … NONE of the pictures are remotely close to the pictures on the website! You select, and she will be there within 10 minutes … so much for starting on time. Whether any or all the therapists are as näive and inexperienced as the one assigned to me, I do not know, but I had to show her from the website the services promised; she had to go out to the front desk to have those explained! The only reason why I came here was because the Spa with which I had a scheduled appointment (5 months in advance) was closed 3 days prior. No explanation from Fresha … just a statement that is was closed; no attempt to rebook me at another spa, so I was left to my own devices. I made a bad mistake. I will never come back … I can only warn you from my experience … you should NOT come here.
