I had a very disappointing experience with Apollo Clinic. My daughter fell down and needed urgent medical attention, so I called the clinic at around 8:30 PM. I was informed that the doctor would be leaving at 9:00 PM, but then I was told they were not accepting any new appointments. Considering there were still 30 minutes before the doctor left, I was surprised and frustrated that they could not accommodate an emergency situation. In a situation involving a child who had fallen and needed medical care, I expected more support and flexibility from the clinic. This experience left me feeling disappointed with the level of patient care and service provided.

Risyan is a guy from phlebotomy his attitude was incredibly terrible he asked alot of questions that is unnecessary with the treatment, he asked age, nationality and even annoy you with sentimental question that is far from treatment. This is very unfortunate because ive been always coming to apolo clinic for 2 years and never experience this kind of treatment. Very disappointing.
