I had very bad experience in here ,I did my hair rebounding after 1week my hair was back to normal, I went back to the parlour and complained she asked me to come back after one week when i went the lady there says come back later taking appointment ,so yesterday I called and booked the appointment for today when I went there the staff was very rude didn’t want to re do my hair says she will just apply the treatment that too wasn’t done properly my hair has become weak after the rebounding.
A beautiful salon for my hair and nails services. I'm always satisfied with the results. The staffs are very friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend to some of my friends who love to go for a salon. Thank you Antonatte!
I had visited this salon and was extremely disappointed with the experience.I ended up waiting far longer than expected, and not a single staff member acknowledged the delay or offered any explanation. It felt as though no one cared that customers were waiting or that our time was being wasted. Professionalism and basic customer service were noticeably lacking. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their communication and respect for clients’ time.
I am sharing my genuine review from this salon.. Now named as La yunza in international city....I did my keratin one month before which I was not satisfied..I told her about it and she did it again for me ...now exactly after one month my hair is back to normal I only washed 5-6 times with sulfate free shampoo as she said ..now my hair is very frizzy and has hairfall....so to who ever is going to this salon( la yunza) may not choose for keratin treatment...there are many other salon who does this treatment perfectly and worth for the money....I am not very sure about the other services of this salon..may try your 🤞 luck...NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE RESULTS.But the girls were very welcoming and friendly attitude.
