I've stayed at a different hotel on the palm but heard good things about this specific spa. Well, it was even better than I expected! The place is beautiful, girls in reception are welcoming and a pleasure to talk to, answered all my questions, and the massage was the best I've ever had! Highly recommended! Definitely coming back!

I had a very disappointing experience at this spa. There was ongoing construction right next to the room, which completely ruined the relaxing atmosphere I was expecting. After the treatment, when I went to take a shower, I was surprised to see dead skin still coming off, which clearly indicates that the treatment was not done properly. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience at all. Considering how expensive this service is, the quality was far below expectations. I would not recommend this spa to anyone.
