Today 31/05/2026 at 1800 I visited for the first time to qouz branch . Everyone from the reception to the doctor ense paulose was very nice, but the nurse in the medical laboratory very rude.talking so badely to me for wait even she was not busy but she wanted me wait no issue for waiting but she talk so rudely and she has taken my blood sample very badely i got swelling and big mark even im diabetic patient. im disappointed and i never take injection and came back and decide to never visit again....
