I had a very bad experience here. I waited for more than one hour, and most of the staff were not cooperative and not willing to help or communicate properly. The service and management were very poor, and this is not acceptable for such a place. However, I would like to mention that only Dr. Muhammed Waqar Zulfiqar spoke very politely, treated me well, and provided good treatment. He was professional and respectful. Except for him, the overall experience was very disappointing.
Yesterday (15/july/2020) I went to Anaya medical centre ( branch- crystal mall) clinic for the first time and my experience was very bad. Yesterday for the first time I did not know the procedure of the clinic. So, I asked to receptionist Mr. Syed abul hasan about the medicine then he was shouted and rude behave and abuse with me in front of Mr. Sanmam manager. Nd manager was laughing.. I don't know why they are hiring the uneducated staff and they are putting in front of the desk. Pls give some manners how to talk to the customers
