A great addition to Dubai’s healthcare network, the new American Hospital branch at Science Park truly stands out. From the moment we arrived, the environment felt modern, well-organized, and welcoming. The endoscopy procedure went very well, thanks to Dr. Walid for his professionalism, clear explanations, and genuine care. I would also like to commend the nursing staff for their kindness, efficiency, and supportive attitude throughout the visit. Overall, the new branch reflects a high standard of healthcare and a strong commitment to patient-centered service.
It’s follow up to my previous review. Recently we did surgery for my son done by doc Jessica. She was amazing and glad she assisted us. Nurses were very friendly and helpful. hospital equipments and room service was also good. Glad we have trusted and chosen American hospital one more time. Clean, modern, and newly opened hospital with bright, spacious corridors. Friendly and professional staff and doctors. Free valet parking is a great bonus — the team is very attentive and helpful.
As expected of their great service and hospitality, American Hospital never fails. This newly opened hospital branch of theirs in Dubai Science Park is awesome. From the moment we parked the Security Guard immediately supported and brought a wheelchair to assist, with the reception also worked on the booking/insurance. Thanks to their Emergency Team on the morning shift for their swift action led by Dr. Moore with the Nurses Keith, Loredana, Rihan and Niju. Keep up the good work
Visited American Hospital in Science Park Barsha South. Due to shoulder and back pain. Checked by Dr. Imad, he’s really kind and recommended me to an specialist. Nurses, Riham and Salem, they are friendly making u feel comfortable.
I had a very positive experience at the emergency department of American Hospital Parkview. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. I was under their care for more than 6 hours, and during the entire time they treated me with patience, care, and professionalism. A special thank you to the doctors and nurses for making me feel comfortable and well looked after during a stressful situation. Truly appreciated.
