I visited Mira Clinic for a blood test and had a very positive experience overall. The nurse, Sabreen, was especially friendly, calm, and professional throughout the process. The first attempt to take blood did not work out, but she handled it very well and remained patient and reassuring. She carefully tried again without making it uncomfortable, and eventually succeeded. Overall, a good experience, many thanks to the Sabreen’s persistence and professionalism.
Dr Basma has been following our daughter for the past two years, and we truly couldn’t ask for better care. She is incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. As parents, she always reassures us and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes a real difference. Our daughter absolutely loves her, which says a lot. A special mention as well to her nurse, Ambily, who is always so gentle and caring. She makes every visit smooth and comforting. We feel very lucky to have such a dedicated and compassionate team.
Amazing service with whole staff. Dr. Saif saw me at night although they had closed but he stopped to help. Mohammad at the reception was very welcoming and supportive and helped offer solutions. Dr. May was amazing. Knowledgeable, calm and elaborated on the situation and the required in a very graceful and informative matter and made sure to follow up on the next steps rather than leaving it to the administration. The technician Nihad for the ultra sound was very delightful and explained every step of the way and followed up on my case with the doctor. Over all though this is a small clinic you get treated right and feel that there is someone who really cares and follows up. The feeling of being treated like a human seeing who matters rather that a credit card is impressive.
I had an excellent experience with nurse Florence after my bicycle accident. She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my treatment. She took great care of my wounds, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and reassured during a stressful time. Thank you, Florence, for your outstanding care!
