I had a wonderful experience at American Hospital – Jumeirah Branch (Galleria Mall). From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for. Nurse Meriam was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The reception team was also efficient and friendly, which made the whole process smooth. Although it was my first time consulting with Dr. Isabella, she was professional, kind, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Overall, every visit I’ve had with American Hospital has consistently made me feel well taken care of.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit. Dr. Bushra is extremely professional and very patient when communicating with patients. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and well cared for. The receptionist, Ms. Grefchen, was very polite and welcoming, and she is also a very lovely person. Nurse Bell was incredibly professional and full of energy, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, my experience at the hospital was truly excellent. I really appreciate the care and professionalism of the whole team.

I came under her care only around the 30th week of my pregnancy, yet despite how advanced the pregnancy was, she agreed to take over my care. From the very first appointment, she dedicated a tremendous amount of time to carefully reviewing all of my medical records, test results, and previous ultrasound images. What impressed me most was that whenever something did not seem completely clear or required further verification, she did not rely solely on previous reports—she personally performed additional examinations and made sure everything was thoroughly checked. This gave me complete confidence that nothing was being overlooked. Dr. Anna Bartosinska Dyc is an incredibly competent, knowledgeable, and professional physician. Her expertise, experience, and accurate diagnoses made me feel reassured throughout the remainder of my pregnancy. Although my delivery ultimately ended in a cesarean section, I felt completely safe throughout the entire process. Dr. Bartosinska demonstrated outstanding professionalism, excellent judgment, and remarkable composure. Every decision was made carefully and with the health and safety of both me and my baby as the highest priority. Knowing that she was overseeing my care gave me tremendous peace of mind. I was equally impressed by the care I received after delivery. Dr. Bartosinska Dyc support did not end in the operating room. She genuinely cared about my recovery, personally checking on me, calling to ask how I was feeling, and making sure everything was progressing well. Thanks to the excellent treatment plan and perfectly selected medications, my recovery after the cesarean section was remarkably smooth. I was able to get up and move around almost immediately, which made a huge difference in my healing process and overall well-being. Great improvement in the customer experience! Since the introduction of a 5-star welcome with a dedicated staff member, everything has changed. Before, I didn’t enjoy coming to the Galleria Mall location and preferred going to the American Hospital in Al Barsha. Now, the service is truly at a high standard, much smoother, more welcoming, and more professional. Thank you for this effort, it’s really appreciated.
