Excellent service from start to finish. The receptionist, Mr. Shehad, was welcoming as always with his genuine smile, he’s efficient and kind enough to explain the process on my new insurance. Moreover, I was grateful to nurse James, who was considerate and attentive even on my late night phone-call inquiry. Nonetheless, I would like to thank the phlebotomist Ms. Gertie, who was very gentle and skilled, i had a quick and almost painless blood collection. Last but not the least, I would also like to commend Dr. Al-Hasan Gaghman for providing very personalized care on all my visits with him and for taking the time to follow up with me. He was very thorough in listening and explaining everything clearly, which I truly appreciated. The whole team made my visit smooth and comfortable. I have recently transferred my hospital care over to American Hospital Al Barsha and I could be happier. I actually feel this is a 5* serviced hospital. I don’t feel rushed or not important. I feel listened to and cared for well. It’s extremely clean and everyone is very welcoming!
I’ve been coming to American Hospital Al Barsha Clinic every month for the past year for my breast cancer meds, every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile and the staff is always so helpful and kind. Shoutout to Princess at admin and Nurses Chen and Rania, you all make what could be a stressful visit so much easier and more comfortable. I really appreciate how caring and professional everyone is here. Thank you to the whole team for making my monthly visits such a positive experience!

As parents, there is nothing more valuable than having a pediatrician you trust completely, and Dr. Farah is exactly that. One of the best clinics I’ve ever visited in Al Barsha. I salute Nurse Gerti as she has been taking my blood flawlessly unlike other clinics they always had a hard time taking mine but with Nurse Gerti I never had issues. Doctor Raquel and Doctor Al Hasan are also great GPs and made sure I take the right tests for my age and for what my body truly needs. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Cleanliness is spot on as well.
