If I can put a 0 star review, I would. Most unprofessional clinic. I had an appointment that they cancelled without informing me. I even reached out 12h prior the appointment to confirm it and they never answered. The audacity is I showed up and asked me to wait for 2hours and even sent me back home. Also they treat patients like numbers only without even giving a single explanation of why they cancelled and what happened.
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the practitioners at this clinic. Dr. Layth Sahib is so wise so personable so reassuring in an intelligent and logical way. Super impressed.
I’ve found it to be a very welcoming and comforting environment. The doctors and staff are always friendly and supportive, and booking appointments is straightforward and hassle free. The location is also convenient and pleasant. I'd like to give a little shoutout to Dr. Sawsan - She is like sunshine in human form. She is incredibly patient, kind, and easy to talk to.
