i had an amazing experience with dr. mersedeh dadpour and nurse parva and nurse christine. i recently had a procedure done, and from start to finish they were incredibly professional, reassuring, and attentive. everything was completely pain-free, and they both had such a calming presence that made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. i would also like to thank the skin specialist marina and the marketing manager kamida, allover employee hajar, who were both so kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. they took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and make sure i felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. the clinic itself is absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and held to a very high standard of cleanliness and sanitisation. from the moment i entered, every member of staff was polite, professional, and genuinely caring, even though i did not catch everyone’s names. what stood out most was how classy and elegant the entire experience felt. the level of service, professionalism, attention to detail, and patient care is truly top-tier. dr. mersedeh dadpour, nurse christine, nurse parva, the skin specialist, and the marketing manager all played a part in making this such a special experience. i will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional results, outstanding care, and a luxury patient experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

came for the baby facial + salmon dna The facial doctor was professional, welcoming, and informative, she was the only positive part of my visit. The doctor who administered the salmon DNA injection, however, was abrupt and unprofessional. She walked in without greeting me and immediately tried to inject while I was clearly occupied. When I asked her to wait a few seconds, she responded, “dear, I have other patients,” which was unnecessary and disrespectful given I had a booked appointment. Even more concerning, no effort was made to show or verify the product being used (e.g., expiry date), which should be standard practice for any injectable treatment. Basic courtesy and transparency shouldn’t be optional.
