Friendly staff, nice ambiance, relatively quick and efficient processing, and low wait times regardless of how busy it gets. All true as long you have a straightforward case. The moment there's an issue, you realise the value of a good P.R.O. I had a few queries for my kids visa renewal and I ended up making more than half a dozen visits to resolve. There is a lack of expertise and willingness to get involved in resolving issues in applications. I don't blame the staff as it seems its clearly not in job description nor are they incentivised to do so. The online GDRFA system is fairly straightforward however, without guidance it can be time consuming to get to the right answer or resolution. Most Amer centres are glorified typing centres and this is no different, however the ambiance is better I guess. I'm sticking to a knowledgeable, reachable P.R.O. from now on.
