Very unprofessional experience. I was coordinating with the team for the Double Marker Test for the past two days. Initially, they quoted 250 AED, but afterward there was no proper response on calls or WhatsApp. Communication was extremely poor, and nobody was providing clear information or follow-up. Later, they redirected me to another lab with a completely different price of 650 AED, which felt very misleading and unorganized. Overall, the staff handling was highly unprofessional, and the service quality was disappointing. I would recommend improving communication, transparency, and customer support.
