Beautiful studio. Tucked away in a quiet location. The space is clean and has a beautiful changing room. They have cleansing pads and even a dyson so i could tough up my hair. I loveee Tammy’s class. Im a big Lagree girl and her class was a good push.
I had an amazing Core and Glutes class in Alura with the instructor Tammy. She is very professional, very patience and she focused on what you really want to improve or the specific area you want to work out the most . She is constantly observing and correcting any posture if needed. I will definitely come back any time soon. Thank you very much for the lovely experience. ♥️

I had such an amazing experience at Alura Reformer Studio. The ambience is beautiful and calming, which makes it easy to fully enjoy the session from start to finish. Everything is spotless and well-maintained, and the overall aesthetic is just stunning. The instructor was fantastic, very attentive, encouraging, and clearly experienced. I felt supported throughout the entire class, regardless of my level. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of great energy, cleanliness, and professionalism. I’ll definitely be back very soon!
Another Great Pilates Studio. The studio and its reformer machines are clean and very cozy. It adds up to the feeling of getting motivated to do the class. I love how Dusha instructs very professional and friendly. The place is spacious and very stylish. Me and my friends enjoyed our pilates session here. They also have showers, lockers, free towels, and other bath and changing items to use after the class. A gem in Al Quoz!
