I had an excellent experience at this medical laboratory. The prices are very reasonable, and the service quality is outstanding. The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. The office is clean, well-organized, and comfortable. What impressed me the most was how quickly they issued the report—within just 1 hour. Excellent service and actual report. To brief refer below experience. We had NT scan report with downsyndromes to cross check we approached this lab for NIPT Test. Result was expected to come within 10 days. On 9th day had miscarriage and 10 th day we received result with Trisomy 13 down syndrome which was actual reason for miscarriage also if pregnant continued would have suffered with abnormal baby to suffer Life Long. It's recommended all to carry out NIPT Test by which we can know downsyndromes Condition in advance which is better than suffering later for life long with abnormal ones. Its just an information those who skip this test for the sake of cost. This place will give accurate result with proper Test and with required Test Time. I was very thankfully to Alpha. Thanks again.

I have to say it was very good experience at lab 🧪 . I gave my blood to do quite a lot of tests and from the start of giving the blood to getting the reports it was an excellent experience . The customer service staff is very professional and ready help , the staff collecting the blood took a lot of care to keep me at ease ( I am scared of needles ) and when they took my blood I didn’t even feel anything which is incredible 👌 never had this in other places ! . All my reports came on time . I didn’t understand some so the medical staff even called me to explain the reports in detail .. so happy 😍 . The lab is very clean , staff is very good all of them and they do an excellent job . Even the customer service staff is amazing .they answer all my queries in WhatsApp and phone even late evening . Hats off to them for all the hard work . There is perking outside the building easily available. Their prices are great and they gave me discounts 🙏. 10/10 I give them 🥇. So happy with the whole experience and team . Highly recommended this lab to all my friends for any lab tests . One of my friends went and they were also very happy . Good lab and great staff .
