DubaiMed AI Analysis

Alneem Pharmacy branch - Morocco Cluster is a small neighborhood pharmacy with mixed customer reviews and no public website or credential information. Reviews praise an attentive pharmacist in person but also report a serious delivery error (wrong/expired medicine) and contact/unreachability problems, so evidence is sparse and inconsistent.

Best For

Quick in-person pharmacy purchases and pharmacist advice, but verify medicine condition and confirm contact/delivery details before relying on services.

Pros

  • One review describes attentive, careful pharmacist communication and a comfortable in-person experience.
  • Evidence of offering delivery through a third-party platform (Talabat), indicating home-delivery availability.

Considerations

  • A reviewer reports receiving wrong and expired/damaged medicine and an unresolved refund/replacement, raising safety and service concerns.
  • Phone contact was reported as incorrect/unreachable during an emergency.
  • No website or published credentials available to verify licenses or quality controls.

Amazing customer handling! The pharmacist listens carefully and gives the right guidance every time. Feels safe and comfortable to visit. One of the best pharmacies around.

I had a very bad experience with Alneem Pharmacy through Talabat. They sent me the wrong and expired/damaged medicine, and when I contacted them, they refused to refund or replace it. I also reached out to Talabat for support, but unfortunately, both the pharmacy and Talabat failed to take responsibility and did not help me at all. This is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes to health-related products. Customers trust pharmacies to provide safe and correct medicines, but this experience has been stressful and frustrating. I would not recommend Alneem Pharmacy to anyone, and I hope Talabat improves their customer service and ensures pharmacies they work with are responsible and trustworthy.

Pls change your contact number with Google. I tried to reach during an emergency and the phone was not reachable.
