Nurses are very helpful and respectful. The ct scan doctor is very cooperative and explains everything clearly also he is very caring and supportive . I like this medical center.
The reception team was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. They had a lot of smiles and a positive presence. Katrina did my scan and she was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She was so gentle and made me feel very comfortable. She had a very positive energy and it’s rare to find someone like her. Thank you very much
I have done so far 3 MRI brain for the past 2 years and this has turned out to be the most unforgettable experience. Being far away from home and having to go through all these alone while in your 20's can be scary and lonely.I have cried before walking into those rooms and while inside the machine I kept having crazy thoughts despite of "relaxing" music which led to anxiety.Past rooms have been cold and uncomfortable. Yesterday,a day before my MRI procedure I had the same feeling.Wondering how I will do this alone once again.Today I was met by a very lovely lady,RN Anju who guided me all through and did my cannulation. Inside the MRI room I met another angel ,Anjana the technician .This lady made my 1 hour procedure to seem very short! From the welcoming,to preparing me to settle in,to explaining, letting me choose my own comforting music, covering me so that I don't feel cold and assuring me everything will be okay.I have never felt so much better during such procedure.The environment she made for me gave me inner peace, comfort and even though she was on the other side,I felt that she was there with me and I was never alone in this.My sincere appreciation to her for being the only family I had at that time.As a health care worker myself,I now understand how a little deed can really touch someone's heart and life!I wish to get permanent solution to my problem and I trust in AMC to study my case thoroughly and give accurate diagnosis. Overral my experience was amazing! Not to forget the Indian guy at the reception! And thank you Anjana for offering me coffee without even me asking!!!
To Allied Medical Centre Team, I would like to thank all team members in this wonderful center. I do not know from where to start but you have a professional , kind and human being team members. Extremely disappointing and irresponsible experience with Allied Medical Center. MRI reports were delayed for several days despite constant follow-ups by both the patient and the treating doctor. Every time we called, we were falsely told that the reports had already been sent, when in reality they were still being withheld. Very poor coordination, lack of accountability, and highly unprofessional handling of patient care. Definitely not the level of service one expects from a medical center.
