Awareness to everyone: Don’t go to this clinic if you don’t want to be disappointed and waste your money. I went there to get a denture and decided to upgrade to a soft-texture option for the gums. I paid AED 250 for a single denture. When it arrived, I was extremely disappointed. The denture was hard, the tooth was too small and looked like a rat’s tooth, there was discoloration, and it was painful to wear. They also did not follow my requests. On the same day the denture was delivered, I went back to complain. They told me to come back again after 2 days . When I returned, I waited for 40 minutes. There was no receptionist available to receive or assist us. They said they had clients, but even if you have clients, there should be someone at the reception to accommodate customers and address their concerns. Nobody was there. Because of this experience, I decided to ask for a refund instead of having the denture corrected. I was hesitant to continue because if they couldn’t even handle a customer’s concerns properly, how could I trust them to make the next denture correctly? When I requested a refund, the receptionist told me to speak with the doctor. I explained all my concerns to the doctor, and the doctor said that the laboratory was responsible. Yes, I understand the lab made the denture, but you cannot blame the lab alone. It is also the clinic’s responsibility because you are the ones who provided the design, size, and color instructions. The lab only follows what you request. How can this be only the lab’s fault? It seemed like nobody wanted to accept responsibility for the mistake. When I asked for a refund, they told me I could not receive the full amount and would only get AED 150 back even though I paid AED 250. This was a very bad experience. I received no benefit from the denture at all. I wasted my time, effort, and fuel traveling back and forth to the clinic, and they still deducted a significant amount of money from my refund. I honestly feel scammed. This clinic is very irresponsible, cannot be trusted, has poor communication, and provides poor customer service. The receptionist was also very rude and acted as if he owned my money. I am very upset with how I was treated. I hope this does not happen to other patients in the future.

I recommend Dr. Hana, She truly prioritizes her patients and makes sure am comfortable with the treatment. I got a painless extraction of wisdom teeth in just 10 minutes. Her professional skill truly matters and this dentist is affordable for those who don't have insurance coverage.

Tried this new opened clinic, but really feel disappointed.Very disappointing experience. The teeth cleaning felt extremely rushed — it didn’t even seem like it lasted 10 minutes, and my teeth didn’t feel properly cleaned afterwards. I was also concerned about the hygiene standards. Some of the equipment looked unsanitary, and staff were not wearing gloves and aprons properly, which is worrying for a dental clinic. On top of that, the price I was charged did not match the rates advertised on their flyers. They ended up charging more than what was promoted. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money. I hope the clinic improves its hygiene practices, service quality, and pricing transparency.

Recommendations are for Dr. Beegum Hanna. Professional and skilled dentist in this Clinic, she treated my broken tooth with veneers. Two veneers i have done. Highly satisfied with my appearance and smile. The treatment was painless and she guide me how to care my teeth and veneers. Now am here every 6th month patient for checkup

I will definitely recommend Dr. Hanna, she is exceptionally well and good in listening to my main problem and her professional skill unwind my reason for pain. I took root canal treatment and costs only 300 aed with xrys . The last procedure is painless and she did every step after explaining me. I recommend her for anyone looking for RCT.
