It was good before new management. They require only cash one, their card machine always shows same error, which is suspicious. I made an appointment recently and have been waiting for 1,5 hour!! Russian doctor was extremely late and didn't even apologize or acknowledge that she made people wait. She had time to put on her make up and flashy outfit, but was late for her job! After waiting, so called "doctor" said that cosmetologist can do this procedure. Why I was waiting for 1,5 hour?? And cosmetologist was super nice person, but she was obviously lacking knowledge or experience in the procedure. My procedure was nothing close to what I done before. Why would they fire their old experienced staff??

They lure you in with an “unlimited sessions” offer for 2000 DHS, and the moment they get your money, everything goes downhill. Every time I booked a session, they had changed locations – no updates, no communication, just vanished from one place and popped up in another. Each visit, there’s a different staff member, and none of them has any record of my previous sessions. It’s like walking into a brand-new scam every time. They don’t even issue proper receipts – just scribble something with a pen on paper and claim they’ve made a note in some mysterious “book.” Seriously? The owner? Completely MIA. Never available to talk, never shows up, and hides behind the chaos his shady business is running. The staff are shockingly unprofessional – one was literally on her phone while doing my laser treatment, didn’t bother to greet me, acted like she was doing me a favor, and clearly couldn’t care less. This place is a disgrace. Save your money, your time, and your skin – go to a real clinic that values professionalism, hygiene, and customer service. This one is a textbook definition of a fraudulent operation.

Best clinic ever! Their staff is so incredibly friendly and it is very easy to make an appointment, they always make room for me. The location is great so I can reach them easily. One thing that's impressive is that they have 0 waiting time. As soon as I arrive, they always take me in immediately. Compared to other laser places, the prices are similar however sometimes they have amazing offers which really pay off. I have been going here for 2 years now and I really don't plan on changing at all. Everything about them is 10/10 !
