I have been visiting Al Zahra Hospital Dubai for years, and every experience has reinforced my trust in the hospital and its team. The doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and support teams are always professional, caring, respectful, and genuinely dedicated to their patients. What I appreciate most is that I always feel safe and well looked after whenever I visit. The staff consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent care, and they treat patients with kindness, patience, and compassion. A special thank you to Dr. Hind Hamadi Hantosh, who is one of the most caring and dedicated doctors I have met. She truly listens to her patients, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and always makes you feel supported and cared for. I would also like to thank the Emergency Department team managed by the great Hussein Jaber. Every time I have visited, the nurses and doctors have been exceptional. Special thanks to the nurses Gino and Kainat, and all other nurses on 5th floor for their kindness, attentiveness, and support throughout my recent stay. Their compassion, professionalism, and positive attitude made the experience much easier and more comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Ahmed Yassin. From the very beginning, he made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable. Dr. Ahmed was attentive in a way that’s hard to find these days. He never rushed through my questions, no matter how many I had, and he took the time to explain everything clearly so I actually understood what was happening and why. His reassurance wasn’t just polite bedside manner, it genuinely calmed my nerves and made me trust that I was in good hands. What really stood out to me was that after my procedure, he made a point of personally coming to see me before my discharge, just to check in and make sure I was okay. That small gesture meant a lot, it showed he truly cared about my wellbeing beyond just the procedure itself. Sabry, his nurse was equally exceptional. His care didn’t go unnoticed, and it made the entire experience feel so much more human. Together, Dr. Ahmed and Sabry made me feel genuinely cared for, not just treated. I’m so grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and the personal touch they brought to my care. I’d recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

The staff at the pediatrics HDU were very helpful and thoughtful, (special thanks to Sonya, and Sheila) the staff is super friendly, they treated my son as their own. They constantly checked on us whether we needed anything. One again, thank you to the entire team for taking care of us

My experience at Al Zahra Hospital for the delivery of my baby boy was nothing short of exceptional. My deepest gratitude goes to Dr. Yamini, who has been with me every step of the way. I first walked into the hospital at just 9 weeks pregnant, frightened and overwhelmed after experiencing severe bleeding. From that very first appointment through my entire pregnancy, delivery, and surgery, she handled everything with remarkable expertise, calmness, and compassion. Her confidence and reassurance gave me strength during some of the most anxious moments of my pregnancy. Thanks to her, I always felt safe and cared for. A special thank you as well to Sister Chandrika, who patiently and promptly answered my countless questions throughout all nine months. Her support, kindness, and willingness to help made the journey so much easier. I would also like to appreciate all the wonderful midwives in the maternity ward for their care and dedication. A very special mention goes to Cherelyn, who took excellent care of both me and my baby during our stay. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and compassionate, always making sure we were comfortable. She also handled my discharge process smoothly and efficiently, making the transition home stress-free. Bringing a baby into the world is one of life’s most important moments, and I am grateful to the entire maternity team at Al Zahra Hospital for making this journey such a positive and memorable experience.
