This was my first visit here for my visa renewal process. The facility was clean and well organized, and the security staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The reception staff were also kind and supportive. However, one thing I could not understand was the ticketing system. Since everyone was already waiting in a queue, I was unsure why a number ticket was necessary. Other than that, I had a very positive experience. I was a little surprised by the 10 AED parking fee, but overall, I was very satisfied with the service and the professionalism of the staff.
