I Got the insurance Approval for the doctor consultation for my wife last night. Then Not getting approval for medicine from NGI insurance company. And the pharmacy is giving advice to pay full amount for the medicine instead. Several times I contacted the insurance company since yesterday . And got the same reply that no request has been submitted for medicine from the pharmacy for the concerned patient. My wife was having fever and we came back without the medicine last night. And still today no medicine approval received. not happy with the service.
